Let me tell you a little bit about myself!
I am an accredited Human Givens Counsellor and Psychotherapist Practioner (HG Dip.P), Mental Health First Aider, Reiki Master, and Wellbeing Training Consultant. I have had years of working within therapeutic practices and ten years working to prevent the exploitation of child online sexual abuse. My professional and personal experience led me to become an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I specialise in areas of Trauma, PTSD, women, and men who have experienced sexual abuse in childhood, anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. I currently hold a Diploma in Human Givens Therapy, a Certificate in Individual Psychology Adlerian Counselling, and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS, and I am a registered member of the Human Givens Institute (MHGI) and regulated by the PSA.
